Pricing questions
What counts as a small task?
A fix or change under 2 hours of work, such as a text update, a form fix, a new section or a redirect.
What counts as urgent?
A client site down, a broken checkout, or a launch-day blocker. Production gets a reply within 5 hours. Growth and Engineering get 24/7 cover.
Do fixes for your mistakes use my hours?
Never. If something we deliver has a bug or misses the brief, we fix it free. Only new work and changes you ask for use your hours.
What happens to unused hours?
They don't roll over. We plan with you each month so the hours go where you need them.
What if we need more hours?
Move up a plan any month, or buy extra hours at a set rate.
Is there a contract?
A 3-month minimum, then month to month. Cancel with 30 days notice after the first 3 months.
What is not included?
Ad spend, hosting, licences, paid plugins and large-volume content writing. We tell you before anything needs paying for.
Choosing a plan
What affects which pricing plan you need
Our pricing is based on hours and speed, not on the number of services. Three things usually decide the right plan:
- How much work you have each month. Production covers 60 hours, Growth 120 and Engineering 180.
- How fast you need small tasks back. Within 2 days on Production, within 1 day on Growth and Engineering.
- Which services you need. Deeper SEO and PPC need Growth. Custom code and AI automation need Engineering.
Pricing never includes ad spend, hosting or software licences, which you pay directly. For example, Google explains how ad costs work on its Google Ads pricing page. You can move up a plan in a busy month, and fixes for our own mistakes never use your hours.
Changing plans
Pricing is flexible after the first three months. Move up a plan for a busy month, or back down when things are quieter, with notice before your next billing date. Unused hours do not roll over, so we help you plan the month to use them well.
